Procedure For Account Creation

  • First of all, open your preferred web browser.
  • Thereafter, type the URL “ ” in the search bar. 
  • Then, after typing the URL, press the enter key from the keyboard.
  • On the homepage of Microsoft Office, click on the “My Account”. You will get this option at the top of the page.
  • This will redirect you to the “Sign In” window. Locate and click on the “Create One !” link to open the Office Login account creation page.
  • Afterwards, enter the email address that you want to link with this account. Besides this, you can also create your account with your phone number or set up a new email account to use for it. As such, click on the “Use a Phone number instead” or “Get a new email address” respectively. After this, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. 
  • After, entering the email address, press the “Next” button.
  • Now, enter a strong and valid password. Below are the details that you need to fulfill while resetting your password. 
    • The password should contain at least 8 characters. 
    • There should be one numeric value.
    • Must include upper and lower case letters.
    • Use valid symbols.
  • Then, click on the “Next” option. 
  • As a result, it will send you an email to verify your email address along with a security code.
  • Hence, access your email account and open the email received from Microsoft Office. 
  • Thereafter, click on the “Verify” option and note down the “Security Code”.
  • After this, go back to the Office login account creation window. Then, enter the “Security Code” in the respective field.
  • Next, you should tick mark the box beside the “News alerts and promotions” option in order to receive notifications and updates.
  • Now, read the “Privacy policy” and “License Agreement” carefully. You can access them by clicking the respective links. 
  • Subsequently, click on the “Next” option in order to continue with the Office login account creation. 
  • The following window will prompt you to enter the Captcha in the corresponding field. Hence, type in the given code accurately.
  • At last, click on “Create Account” to complete the account creation process.

Procedure For Login

  • Firstly, open your preferred web browser on your device.
  • Thereafter, type the URL “ ” in the search bar. 
  • Then, after typing the URL, press the enter key from the keyboard.
  • This will redirect you to the “Sign In” window. After this, provide your registered email address that you used for account creation. However, in case, you wish to sign in using an alternative means like your “Security Code”. After that, click on “Sign in options” and follow the on-screen instructions for the same.
  • After entering the email address, click on the “Next” option. 
  • Now, type in the corresponding password in the next window. 
  • Lastly, click on the “Sign In” button in order to access your Office login account.
